About Open & Closed Garage Doors
Open & Closed Garage Doors is a small local business of Colorado that was founded in 2005 and provides services, such as broken springs replacement, in the Thornton and surrounding areas. We originally started off with one truck and only a few people, however through determination . many broken spring jobs, and by standing by our mission of delivering the best price and options that we can; we have grown to multiple trucks, more people, a trusted brand and having a very large customer base that has helped us grow. This was & is also all completed through referrals as Open & Closed Garage Doors believes in its garage repair work and that it will speak for itself. We would like to say thank you to all out customers new & returning.
Awards
Residential
We started off with doing residential services doing garage repair and broken springs and regard it the life blood of the company as it is the reason we have grown in customer base with word of mouth referrals. We work hard to have the highest quality products and services so our residential customers will continue to help us grow so we can continue to help people with their garage door issues.
New Builds
We have worked many new build projects which has brought on some interesting challenges and garage repair that we are proud to say that we solved. There was a pint when door productions was behind so we would put in a temporary door so buyers could close on their dream homes and once their true door came in we would put it in at the earliest convenience with no additional charge, this was a very special circumstance that we do not practice.
Fix & Flips
We work with quite a few different people who do fix & flips from beginners to those who have been doing it for years. We understand that time and quality can be a major concerns when it comes to fix & flips which is why we offer the best prices we can as well as getting the job done as quickly as possible with the highest quality that we can whether it be as simple as a garage repair, broken springs or more.
Apartment
We have done many apartment garage doors from single tenets to entire apartment complexes whether it is broken springs or garage repair. We are well aware that in an apartment complex doors end up getting hit resulting in cracks and dents which is why if it is possible we will suggest replacing the damaged panel instead of the entire door.
Commercial
We have worked on many different styles of commercial doors. We understand that having a broken garage door at a place of business can hinder the flow of business which is why we get on site as fast as we can to remedy the issue, whether it is garage repair or broken springs and chose the paths that can be taken to get flow back to normal.
Pole Barns
We have installed doors for a large variety of dimensions to fit the opening of pole barns. We know the desire and lifestyle that require larger than normal doors which is why we typically will do these major doors and projects in one swoop by setting up a date and having a large crew present to complete the project quickly. We are also very capable of doing garage repair and fixing broken springs on these doors as well.
