Garage Door Construction
The construction of our garage doors are made of a two deep-drawn, tension-leveled, galvanized steel skins that are polyester painted and wrapped around a one-pound density expanded polystyrene insulation board using a polyurethane adhesive. This construction method provides insulation value durability, sound deadening qualities, and dent resistance for an all-around superior product. Our panels are made of seven layers: 1 Finish Painted Coat, 2 Primer Coat, 3 Galvanized Layer, 4 Steel Center, 5 Galvanized Layer, 6 Primer Coat, 7 Finish Paint Coat. Since all panels are made of this material it makes it easier to make garage door repairs among switching out single panels instead of entire doors as well as being the same weight so garage springs do not have to be replaced.
